<div><strong>Overview</strong><br/><br/>VTG is seeking a high energy <strong>Talent Acquisition </strong><strong>Sourcer</strong> based in Hanover, MD to build a talent pipeline to support technical programs. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer drives sourcing to support the Talent Acquisition team by utilizing creative sourcing techniques, networking and other tools to identify talent.<br/><br/><strong>What will you do?</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers (e.g., timely response, expediting processes and procedures, frequent "high touch" communications, etc.).</li><li>Partner closely with TA Specialists to generate candidate pipelines for hard to fill roles and future roles.</li><li>Submit candidates in a timely manner.</li><li>Develops effective, creative sourcing methods, techniques, plans, and strategies to attract and retain quality talent.</li><li>Creates job posting content that complies with internal and external requirements and ensures timely posting pursuant to sourcing plans.</li><li>Conducts pre-interview strategy meeting with hiring managers and other interviewers to analyze position description, develop interview questions and establish an interview process.</li><li>Proactively sources candidates through a variety of avenues: internet, cold calling, job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.</li><li>Uses detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates.</li><li>Fully screen and vet candidates during preliminary screening calls with candidates prior to sharing the feedback with Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or Hiring Managers.</li><li>Establishes pipeline of candidates to meet existing and upcoming needs.</li></ul><br/><strong>Do you have what it takes?</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field. </li><li>8 years of experience in recruiting. </li><li>Experience in government contracting industry as well as technical roles.</li><li>Familiar with sourcing on various job boards and able to network.</li><li>Expert-level experience with sourcing tools.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office tools.</li><li>General knowledge of HR practices, OFCCP compliance, EEO and APP.</li><li>Familiarity with government proposal processes.</li><li>Prior experience working with an Application Tracking System (ATS). Experience working with iCIMS preferred.</li><li>Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills.</li><li>Experienced recruiting all federal government clearance levels preferred.</li></ul></div>
