MEET COMPASS

We Don't Just Support Brands. We Scale Them.

In a crowded marketplace, Customer Experience (CX) has become the definitive competitive edge. Compass Experience Labs is a full-service BPO built for the innovators, the disruptors, and the fast-movers. We believe that when you listen to the customer, you unlock the data needed to dominate the market.

Our mission is to move CX from a back-office function to a boardroom priority. While our competitors focus on "handling volume," we focus on "gathering intelligence." We partner with growing brands across a wide range of industries to build world-class customer support, employee service, and IT infrastructures that don't just keep pace with growth — they drive it. If you believe that customer care is the ultimate strategic lever for business success, you belong here.

THE ROLE

This is a hunter/closer seat for a self-driven sales professional who owns the full cycle end to end — from prospecting to signed deal. You'll build your own pipeline, run consultative sales conversations with prospects across multiple industries, and close new business. You carry a quota, you own your number, and you love the chase and the close.

You'll sell into a broad set of verticals — including financial services, food & beverage,, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and e-commerce — so curiosity and the ability to quickly learn a new industry's language are essential.

This is an individual contributor role. You won't manage a team — you'll manage a pipeline, and you'll be great at it. You'll be instrumental in driving new revenue and directly contributing to the foundational growth of our client base.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Prospecting & lead generation. Actively and consistently source and qualify new leads across target industries via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.

  • Full sales-cycle management. Own the deal from initial contact through pitching services, negotiating terms, and closing.

  • Pipeline management. Maintain accurate, real-time data in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure precise forecasting and reporting.

  • Consultative selling. Diagnose each prospect's needs and lead a solution-based sell that shows how great customer care drives revenue, not just cost.

  • Product expertise. Develop deep knowledge of our BPO services — Customer Support, HR / Employee Support, and IT Help Desk — and articulate clear value propositions to prospects.

  • Multi-level navigation. Sell to multiple levels of an organization, from practitioners to directors to executive decision-makers.

  • Deal economics. Understand pricing and negotiate confidently to close profitable business.

  • Market and CX fluency. Follow trends across the industries you sell into, and stay current on customer service tools, platforms, and competitors.

  • Be a customer service champion. Articulate why exceptional CX belongs at the center of every business and can be a growth engine.

  • Sales operations support. Assist the broader sales team with data management, reporting, and maintaining the integrity of HubSpot as needed.

WHAT WE NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience closing and exceeding quota, selling to multiple levels of an organization — ideally within the BPO / CX outsourcing industry

  • A true hunter's mindset — you self-source, you chase, and you close

  • Strong consultative sales skills; you determine a prospect's needs and connect them to outcomes

  • CRM proficiency: independently manage the full pipeline and report accurately in our CRM; hands-on HubSpot experience is highly preferred, with Apollo and Surfe also preferred

  • Comfort owning deal economics and leading price negotiations

  • Familiarity and comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate research, prospecting, outreach, and day-to-day productivity

  • A passion for customer care

  • Experience in a service environment; start-up experience a plus

  • A network of potential clients across one or more of our target industries (financial services, F&B, restaurants, hospitality, insurance, pharma, retail, e-commerce, and more)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive for daily collaboration.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% of the time for industry conferences, client and in-person sales meetings, business development activities, and other strategic engagements.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

  • Self-directed learner who proactively closes knowledge gaps and turns new industry knowledge into practical, high-quality work

  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable sending cold emails, making cold calls, and initiating outreach via professional networking sites

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, particularly regarding data entry and reporting

WHY JOIN US?

  • Sales Commission, plus competitive base salary
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
  • 100% Remote work
