Med Matrix is hiring a senior paid media buyer to own patient acquisition for a fast-growing functional medicine and longevity clinic.

This is a full-time, fully remote international contractor role paying $2,000 to $4,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated results. Meta Ads is the primary channel. Google Ads experience is a plus. You must have consistent overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

We are not looking for someone who reports on clicks and cheap leads. You will be responsible for connecting ad spend to qualified booked calls, show rate, closed patients, CAC, and cash ROAS.

What you will own:

• Daily management and optimization of our Meta campaigns

• Budget allocation based on qualified calls and patient sales, not CPL alone

• Creative testing strategy, naming, launch cadence, and performance analysis

• Turning ad-level results into clear decisions: scale, hold, revise, or kill

• Working directly with our creative team, editors, copywriters, and landing-page builders

• Diagnosing low-quality leads, no-shows, attribution gaps, and funnel problems

• Clear weekly reporting with decisions, risks, and next actions

• Helping us bring more media buying knowledge in-house

Our current stack includes Meta Ads Manager, Hyros, GoHighLevel, custom landing pages, and internal performance dashboards.

Mandatory qualifications:

• Strong hands-on Meta lead-generation experience

• Proof that you have managed meaningful ad spend successfully

• Hands-on experience with vibe coding using both Claude and Codex

• A track record of optimizing for revenue or qualified pipeline rather than surface-level lead metrics

• Strong creative judgment and the ability to explain why an ad is winning

• Comfort working quickly with a high creative-testing volume

• Excellent written English and dependable communication

Experience in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, supplements, or another compliance-sensitive category is strongly preferred. Google Ads, Hyros, and GoHighLevel experience are valuable but not mandatory.

Our hiring process:
