Position Overview

We are looking for a Seasoned Data Entry & Statistics Analyst to join our Data & Analytics division. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity for all arenaflex sports products—live scores, schedules, standings, and advanced statistics that power our digital platforms, broadcast feeds, and partner integrations. Your work will directly influence the accuracy and timeliness of the information that millions of fans rely on every day.

As a remote team member, you will collaborate with analysts, producers, and engineers across time zones, ensuring that every data point is verified, validated, and delivered on schedule. Your analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for sports will make you an indispensable part of our data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and quality for all arenaflex sports products.
  • Collect, clean, and validate real‑time data streams—including scores, play‑by‑play events, player statistics, and league standings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Engineering, Product Management) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and refine automated validation scripts and dashboards to monitor data integrity and flag anomalies.
  • Document data workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between data producers and end‑users, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing process enhancements that reduce errors and increase efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends in sports analytics, data governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on data quality standards and analytical techniques.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sports data management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of sports rules, player roles, and statistical metrics across multiple sports (e.g., football, basketball, baseball, hockey).
  • Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as reputed company Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex reputed company to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experience with data quality frameworks, validation rules, and automated testing.
  • Full schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live events and global broadcasts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a media or broadcasting environment, handling live sports data feeds.
  • Knowledge of data integration platforms (e.g., Kafka, REST APIs) and content delivery networks.
  • Experience with sports analytics platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
