About the position

We are looking for a personable, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based healthcare practice offering GLP-1 and medical weight-loss services. This role will focus on managing inbound and outbound leads, responding to prospective patients, understanding their goals and concerns, and helping qualified leads move toward scheduling a consultation. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable managing a high volume of leads and follow-ups, and able to communicate in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. You should be able to build rapport quickly, understand what each prospect is looking for, address basic questions appropriately, and guide conversations toward the next step without making the interaction feel overly transactional. You will play an important role in making sure new inquiries are contacted promptly, follow-ups are completed consistently, and potential patients do not fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to new GLP-1 and medical weight-loss inquiries.
  • Making inbound and outbound calls to prospective patients.
  • Engaging leads in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner.
  • Understanding each prospect's goals, needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Qualifying leads based on the client's established criteria, processes, and workflow.
  • Identifying prospects who are ready to move forward and schedule a consultation.
  • Helping qualified prospects understand and complete the appropriate next steps.
  • Following up consistently with leads who do not immediately respond or schedule.
  • Re-engaging older, inactive, or previously unresponsive leads.
  • Maintaining regular contact with prospective patients throughout the lead journey.
  • Updating lead information, notes, follow-up activities, and statuses accurately in GoHighLevel.
  • Managing lead pipelines and ensuring opportunities are followed through appropriately.
  • Keeping track of scheduled consultations, pending follow-ups, and leads requiring additional attention.
  • Communicating common questions, concerns, objections, and lead trends to the appropriate team members.
  • Following established scripts, workflows, and sales processes while maintaining a natural and personalized approach.
  • Handling patient and prospect information professionally and in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Learning the client's services, processes, and patient journey to effectively communicate with prospective patients.
  • Supporting improvements to lead follow-up processes and identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness and conversion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, lead management, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence making inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong relationship-building and rapport-building skills.
  • The ability to communicate in a consultative and professional manner rather than relying on aggressive sales tactics.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the sales process.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand a prospect's needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and consistently follow established workflows.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, lead pipelines, notes, tasks, and follow-up activities.
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting lead interactions and updating records.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to re-engage leads rather than waiting for them to follow up.
  • Professionalism and discretion when working with healthcare-related and potentially sensitive information.
  • The ability and willingness to quickly learn the client's services, processes, and technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with GLP-1 or medical weight-loss services is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with a medical practice, U.S. healthcare client, or other healthcare-related organization is also a plus.
  • Appointment setting, high-volume outbound calling, converting inbound leads, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, EMR/EHR systems, and familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.

Benefits

  • Stable, part-time remote opportunity
  • Opportunity to support a growing U.S. healthcare practice
  • Hands-on experience working with medical weight-loss and GLP-1 services
  • Opportunity to develop your healthcare sales and lead-conversion experience
  • Exposure to lead management, patient acquisition, and healthcare practice operations
  • Opportunity to work independently while directly contributing to the practice's growth
  • Potential to take on additional responsibilities as the business and patient volume grow

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
