It’s an exciting time to join Beyonk Group, grow with us, and shape the future of how the world experiences the world. The role:This is an outbound sales development role for someone who loves the top of the game: finding good-fit prospects, getting them on the phone, and booking qualified demos our Account Executives can close. You'll be the engine of new pipeline, selling the value of Beyonk's ticketing and marketing software to attractions, experience providers, and seasonal event operators across the US.We want someone proactive and commercially driven. This is not a passive, inbound seat. You'll be working a territory, making a high volume of calls every day, qualifying hard, and handing senior AEs opportunities they can genuinely work. It's a phone-first, high-activity role in a lean, high-ownership environment, and it's the clearest path into an AE seat at Beyonk. What you'll do:Generate qualified demos through outbound prospecting, researching and identifying good-fit attractions, experience businesses, and seasonal operators in your territoryWork the phones at volume, alongside email, text, looms and social outreachQualify hard: confirm fit, interest, and the right contact before booking, so every demo is a real opportunity and not just a meetingBook qualified demos for our senior AEs and hand off cleanly with full contextWhen necessary run discovery on your calls to understand each prospect's business and surface any blockers early, before they reach the AEKeep HubSpot accurate and up to date, with a clean, well-managed record of your activity and pipeline at all timesFeed market intelligence and prospect feedback back to the AEs and the wider GTM teamStay sharp on industry trends, competitor tools, and the evolving needs of operators in the leisure and attractions spaceWho we are looking for:At least 6-12 months in an SDR or outbound sales role, with real, high-volume cold-calling experience (not warm or inbound only)Someone who knows their numbers cold: dials per day, conversations per week, meetings booked, and quota attainment, and can back them upGenuinely enjoys outbound and is comfortable creating conversations from a cold list, not waiting for leads to come to themCompetitive, resilient, and highly self-motivated, you thrive on the chase and don't let rejection knock you off your rhythmA strong, confident communicator who can open a conversation, handle a brush-off, and earn the meetingDisciplined and organized, ideally with HubSpot, in how you manage activity and follow-upConsistent and dependable, you show up every day and work the list systematically, even when motivation is lowA growth mindset: curious, coachable, and always looking to sharpen your craftComfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where you're trusted to own your outcomesHappy with a hybrid setup, coming into the office 2 days a weekBonus points:Experience selling SaaS, software, or into SMBsBackground in leisure, tourism, events or attractionsFamiliarity with the operator challenges faced by family attractions, seasonal events, or experience businessesClear ambition to progress into a full-cycle AE role Why Beyonk:Sell a product that operators genuinely love, you'll be helping businesses grow, not pushing software for its own sake$50-$60k base, ($75k+ OTE). Fast, uncapped commission: you're paid quickly for the qualified demos you book, with more when they closeA genuine path into an AE role: this seat is our proving ground for future closersSupportive, ambitious team culture with a flat structure and real access to leadershipBe part of a company expanding fast across the US, at exactly the right moment to make your markLearn the full sales motion while feeding our best AEs, with a genuinely differentiated product story spanning ticketing, marketing software, and agency servicesAbout BeyonkJoin us at the early stages of an exciting new chapter for Beyonk Group. We’re growing fast - expanding across the UK and US, acquiring new businesses, and evolving from a startup into an established company with high energy, high ambition, and high fun. What we’re building matters. Every contribution helps families plan days out, connects people with local experiences, and supports attractions and small businesses that bring communities to life. You’ll see the impact of your work every day - in the tickets sold, and the photos and reviews shared by visitors enjoying experiences at our clients’ sites. We’re a lean team where every role matters and every voice counts. You’ll help shape key goals with the freedom, trust, and support to make things happen. Roles here aren’t rigid - you’ll take on projects beyond your title, learn as you go, and see the tangible results of your work. The people who thrive at Beyonk love that autonomy and breadth; they enjoy figuring things out, wearing different hats, and building things that last. And while we take the work seriously, we have fun doing it. Our London office is guarded by a life-sized alpaca named Elsa, there’s a steady flow of sweet treats, and the occasional questionable costume for “content purposes” (spot our Marketing Manager dressed as a pumpkin in one of our case studies). One of our CS team once said her “cup is always full” when she’s in the office- and, although she hates us bringing it up, it’s true. It’s hard not to feel that way when you work with smart, kind people who care deeply about doing great work together and celebrating the wins.Beyonk Group is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome every background and perspective, knowing that our differences make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
