GROW My Future was created to address a critical gap facing today's youth- one that is becoming more urgent in an era of rapid workforce disruption, technological change, and increasing uncertainty about the future of work. Young people are being asked to make life-shaping decisions in a world where career paths are no longer linear, yet too often they are given little support to understand themselves, adapt to change, or navigate what comes next with confidence.

In most high schools, access to career counseling is limited, and students are left navigating questions of identity, purpose, and possibility on their own. GROW exists to change that. We provide a structured yet deeply personal curriculum that helps students understand who they are, what matters to them, and how their strengths can translate into meaningful futures-no matter how the world of work continues to evolve. Our program centers on self-discovery, exploration, and agency.

Students reflect on their values, interests, personality, and skills, while also gaining practical tools to explore careers, understand workplace culture, prepare for postsecondary pathways, and make informed decisions aligned with their goals. This self-knowledge becomes a durable foundation, allowing students to remain adaptable, resilient, and motivated as industries shift and new opportunities emerge. GROW is intentionally designed to be accessible and scalable.

Our plug-and-play curriculum allows educators in schools and nonprofit organizations to facilitate powerful student experiences without added instructional burden. With intuitive lesson plans, short instructional videos, and an online platform, any trained educator can deliver GROW with fidelity and ease. At its core, GROW believes that when young people develop self-awareness and a sense of ownership over their future, the impact extends far beyond the individual.

Students stay engaged, communities grow stronger, and society benefits from a generation of adaptable, purpose-driven contributors prepared to thrive in a changing world. Together, we grow futures., Job Overview We are a growing nonprofit organization looking for an accountant with strong analytical and communication skills who can support GROW in tracking our funding and cash flow.

The individual must understand and accurately implement accounting procedures to safeguard the organization's funds, and promote an environment of compliance with government and grantor regulations. We are looking for someone who would be willing to support us through the years vs a one-time commitment.

Provide the treasurer and executive director with accurate quantitative information on the financial position and cash flows of the organization Handle sensitive information and reinforce financial data confidentiality Timely communicate and collaborate with the Executive Director and other appropriate team members.

Fully Remote Hours 1-3 hours per month, as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Google Drive, Quickbooks, and proficiency with spreadsheets Self-starter and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization Highly detail-oriented About The Organization GROW empowers youth to design their futures through self-discovery and career awareness. GROW's introspective and interactive curriculum guides youth on a path to match their intrinsic interests with a meaningful career.

By partnering with schools and educational organizations, GROW trains and certifies educators to deliver GROW's curriculum, making it possible for every educator to empower students with career readiness in their own classrooms. To learn more, visit growmyfuture.org.
