Position Overview

Are you looking for a stable remote role but prefer to avoid phone queues and cold calling? We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Remote Email & Chat Support Agents.

In this role, you will assist our users entirely through written communication, managing incoming text chats and email help tickets. This position is 100% non-phone based. We provide a comprehensive, fully paid training program to equip you with all the templates, product knowledge, and technical workflows you need to succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Inbound Queues: Respond promptly and politely to customer questions arriving via live web chat and email ticketing systems.

  • Problem Solve & Guide: Help users resolve account login errors, process subscription setups, track orders, and handle basic billing inquiries.

  • Utilize Resources: Use our pre-written response templates, internal help documents, and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.

  • Escalate Technical Bugs: Correctly tag and route advanced technical issues or specialized customer requests to senior tier support teams.

  • Maintain Written Quality: Keep a helpful, empathetic, and highly professional tone in every message to maximize customer satisfaction.
