Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance across multiple channels. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Chat & Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, resolving issues and providing product information with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the creation and updating of internal knowledge base articles to improve self‑service options for customers.
