What exactly will you be doing in this new role, you ask? As a member of our client support team, you'll have the opportunity to provide troubleshooting assistance for residential and/or business customers, helping them overcome issues like slow internet speeds, outages, and email support. Spanish bilinguals encouraged to apply! It's a challenging role, but one that's incredibly rewarding - you'll be making a genuine difference in the lives of people who rely on our services every day.

To be considered for this position, you'll need a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows11, a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor. Your internet speed should be at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred.

In addition to having tech and customer service skills, you'll also need to be able to sit for extended periods of time, have manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy. A job like this also requires a quiet and distraction-free workspace.

Computer Requirements:

For all Work-at-Home opportunities, we have the following requirements. *Please note that we do not provide hardware/equipment and we are unable to accept Chromebooks.*

  • Operating System (OS): Windows 11 or higher – (must be native & activated)
  • Processor: 2 Core processor needs a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed OR 4 Core processor needs a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
  • RAM: 3GB or higher
  • Monitor Size: At least one 15″ or larger monitor (more than one will make things easier)
  • USB headset (Hard-wired, not wireless, recommend ensuring Google Meet-compatible)
  • Webcam specifically for your intended work computer (Recommend ensuring Google Meet-compatible)
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment for the duration of your shift minus any breaks

Internet Requirements:

  • You must have DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet only – we are unable to accept fixed wireless, hotspot, or satellite internet.
  • Internet speeds of at least 20mbps download, 5mbps upload, with ideally less than 100ms ping and jitter to ensure a reliable internet connection (there is an internet speed test linked in the application)

Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 40WPM with at least 80% accuracy (there is a typing test linked in the application)
  • Sitting or standing at your work station for the duration of your shift minus any breaks
  • Multitasking capabilities with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions, research and utilize resources, and adapt to changes in procedures
  • Authenticator apps are required. You may utilize either a smartphone or a tablet to run the authenticator app. If using a smartphone, the device must operate on Android 8.0 or later, or iPhoneOS 16.0 or later. If using a tablet, the device must run Android 8.0 or higher, or iPadOS 15.0 or later.
