We are seeking qualified Certified Medical Assistants (or LPNs/LVNs) to join our growing virtual care team at 1bios as Care Professionals. In this fully remote role, you will work directly with patients to help manage chronic conditions and improve health outcomes—all from home, with a consistent schedule and no in-person clinical responsibilities.

About the Role

1bios is a leading provider of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care management technologies and solutions. Our Care Pros work under 1bios client physician and/or nurse general supervision and utilize the 1bios platform to deliver virtual care.

In this position, you will act as a virtual care coach helping people with chronic conditions. • Manage a panel of patients (up to 225), providing monthly care and support via phone and electronic communication under physician supervision.

  • Create electronic alert escalations and notify physicians or nurses based on pre-established clinical rules regarding changes in patient status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must legally reside and work within the United States.

  • Certified Medical Assistant / LPN / LVN credentials required.

  • Highly skilled in using computers, software, and remote technology.

  • Strong verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication skills.

  • Must have a dedicated workspace free of outside noise with strict privacy to protect patient confidentiality.

  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and driven by a desire to help others.

  • Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) is preferred but not required.
