Position Overview

KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. We are currently expanding our network of licensed agents throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area.

This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network. You choose the assignments that work for you based on your availability, location, and the pay offered by the posting agent.

Simply download the KeyPleaz app, browse available assignments near you, and claim the ones you want. Set your availability, take on assignments that fit your schedule, and get paid for the work you complete.

This is 1099 independent contractor work. You are not an employee of KeyPleaz, and you remain affiliated with your current brokerage.

What you would be doing:

Buyer and rental showings

Property access and condition checks

Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery

Requirements

Active real estate license in good standing in North Carolina

Full MLS access in the Greensboro market

Experience showing homes in the Greensboro area

Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app

Reliable transportation and a valid driver license, since every assignment is in the field

Compensation & Benefits

Assignments are paid per completed assignment. The pay is shown on the assignment before you accept it. There is no bidding and no negotiating with the agent who posted it. Most completed assignments in this market pay between $30 and $100, and open houses generally pay more. Often there are several properties in a single request, and you are paid for each one. Payment is by direct deposit after the assignment is marked complete.

Not a Brokerage

KeyPleaz is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage services. Licensed agents who take assignments through KeyPleaz stay with their current brokerage and work under their own broker's supervision.

How to Apply

Apply through this posting and we will confirm your license and get you set up.

KeyPleaz is the flexible way for licensed agents to turn their availability into income.
