AT&T Global Security is seeking a strategic, analytics-driven leader to support enterprise Critical Infrastructure Protection initiatives. This role is responsible for managing security case intake and governance, driving investigative analytics, identifying emerging threats, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to help protect AT&T's network infrastructure from theft, vandalism, and other security risks.

What You'll Do

  • Lead intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of network-related security cases.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting to identify trends and drive decision-making.
  • Analyze theft, vandalism, and security data to improve threat visibility and investigative outcomes.
  • Partner with investigators, Network teams, law enforcement, and industry organizations to support infrastructure protection efforts.
  • Support scrapyard compliance initiatives, intelligence-sharing programs, and enforcement activities.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance security, detection, and threat mitigation capabilities.
  • Create executive-ready communications, success stories, and program updates.
  • Serve as a liaison for media-related investigative support and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative developments affecting critical infrastructure and recommend process improvements.
  • Responsible for providing incident intelligence (MAPPING, relo, etc.), fostering collaboration, and serving as the primary steward with vendors to ensure strong alignment and meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience in security operations, investigations, intelligence, compliance, or operational program management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and external partners.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in telecommunications security, critical infrastructure protection, law enforcement, or corporate security.
  • Knowledge of case management and intelligence platforms such as CaseIQ or Atlas.
  • Experience with theft prevention, asset protection, fraud investigations, or compliance programs.
  • Experience working with government agencies, regulators, or industry associations.
  • Experience evaluating and deploying security technologies.

Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt jobs earn between $106,100.00 - $190,900.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
