About Us

CHIOMA is a growing wellness + beauty apothecary brand focused on herbal products, self-care, and intentional living. We are expanding our production operations to better serve our retail and e-commerce customers and are building a small, reliable production team to support that growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a calm but fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production & Fulfillment Associate to support product preparation, packaging, labeling, and order flow.

This is a great opportunity for someone local to the area who wants stability, growth, and the chance to grow with a brand early. Environment: Work in a beautiful, modern apothecary that smells like fresh herbs and essential oils.

Key Responsibilities: Where Makery Meets Community

As a Production Associate, you will be at the heart of our apothecary, blending the artistry of handmade formulation with the joy of customer engagement. You will spend your time both in our production space and on the sales floor.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Following basic SOPs and quality standards
  • Light inventory support (counting, restocking, prep)
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional product education for our community, answering questions about ingredients and the benefits of our holistic offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in holistic health, clean beauty, and organic living.
  • The Maker Spirit: Experience with handmade goods (DIY skincare, candle making, herbalism, etc.) is highly desirable but not required—we will train the right person!
  • Attention to Detail: You’ll need a steady hand and a sharp eye for measuring ingredients and creating beautiful packaging.
  • Communication Skills: You should be well-spoken and comfortable educating customers on natural ingredients.
  • Organization: The ability to switch between production tasks and customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
  • Able to stand for periods of time and lift light to moderate boxes
  • Values cleanliness, consistency, and doing things the right way
  • Lives in or near Richardson/Garland/Dallas area preferred (this role is designed to grow in that area)

Experience in production, food prep, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus — but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Schedule & Growth

  • Part-time to start, with opportunity for expanded hours
  • Schedule will become more consistent as production scales
  • Opportunity to grow into a lead or full-time role as volume increases
