We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and dependable Part-Time Content Creator & Videographer to shoot and edit engaging short-form content across a variety of businesses, organizations, properties, and projects in the San Antonio and South Texas area.

This is a hands-on content production role focused on filming, photography, and video editing. Overall strategy and creative direction will be provided. We’re looking for someone who loves the making part of social media and can take an idea and turn it into great content.

• Employment: Part-time W-2
• Schedule: Approximately 8–10 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours
• Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience and portfolio
• Location: San Antonio; hybrid with regular local travel for shoots

What You’ll Do

• Shoot vertical video, photos, and B-roll at various locations
• Lead routine content shoots and confidently direct people on camera
• Edit Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video based on provided concepts and creative direction
• Add on-screen text, subtitles, audio, and simple graphics
• Make basic lighting, audio, and color adjustments
• Look for additional content opportunities while on location
• Organize and maintain raw footage and content libraries
• Occasionally create simple graphics or supporting content

You Have to Be Great With People

This is just as important as your technical skills.

You should be able to build rapport quickly, make people feel comfortable on camera, give clear and encouraging direction, and keep a shoot moving without making it feel stiff or awkward.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills
• A good eye for framing, lighting, composition, and B-roll
• Understanding of what feels current and engaging on social media
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable taking the lead
• Creative, organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel

Professional content experience is a plus, but we care more about your portfolio, creative instincts, personality, and reliability than a specific number of years of experience. Talented students, recent graduates, and early-career creators are encouraged to apply.
