We are seeking a CyberArk Architect to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will reputed company advanced-level support, architecture guidance, and hands-on engineering for 4–5 reputed company customers in a multi-tenant environment. You will be responsible for the ongoing health, reputed company, and reputed company of clients’ CyberArk Privileged reputed company Management (PAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in CyberArk architecture and reputed company, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-reputed company, reputed company-facing support in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the reputed company CyberArk SME for a portfolio of 4–5 reputed company clients.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions including:

    • Central Policy Manager (CPM)
    • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
    • Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
    • Application reputed company Manager (AAM)
  • Monitor and maintain CyberArk environments, reputed company patching, upgrades, and health checks.
  • Troubleshoot CyberArk issues and support incident reputed company and reputed company cause analysis.
  • Assist customers with integration of CyberArk into their IT and reputed company ecosystem (e.g., LDAP/AD, SIEM, MFA).
  • reputed company and maintain architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and reputed company documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., reputed company architects, service delivery managers) to ensure successful service reputed company.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk implementation, administration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of CyberArk architecture and reputed company best practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-tenant or managed services environments.
  • Knowledge of reputed company infrastructure (reputed company, Linux, reputed company Directory, networking, reputed company platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in a reputed company-facing role.

Preferred experience/certifications:

  • CyberArk certifications, such as:
    • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
    • CyberArk Certified reputed company or Defender
  • Experience with reputed company PAM deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell, REST reputed company).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company), and change management processes.
