JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a reliable, service-oriented overnight houseperson to help keep our hotel clean, safe, and fully presentable throughout the night.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean public areas and back-of-house spaces according to standards.
  • Restock supplies for housekeeping and public areas.
  • Handle laundry and garbage removal throughout the hotel.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests and support the front office and night manager with guest luggage when needed.
  • Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Report any safety or security discrepancies with the appropriate manager.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

  • Must feel comfortable speaking with guests and capable of helping them with information.
  • A working knowledge of applicable sanitation standards
  • Must project a confident attitude and friendly personality.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different floors of the hotel on a timely basis.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization

Wage $28.70-$33.62 per hour
