Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to fill the role of Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative . In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking interpreter services, ensuring they receive accurate information and seamless connections to qualified linguists. This is an overnight role, primarily remote due to the ongoing COVID‑19 considerations, with the expectation to transition back to our Horsham office when conditions allow. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Gather precise client information and accurately match callers with an appropriate interpreter. Maintain detailed call logs and update client records in our proprietary software system. Provide clear, concise explanations of careerforge services, pricing structures, and procedural guidelines. Resolve client inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary. Adhere to data‑privacy standards, ensuring all sensitive information remains confidential. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and performance reviews to continuously enhance skill sets. Essential Requirements Reliable personal computer equipped with a functional webcam and high‑speed internet connection (mandatory for remote work). Demonstrated ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, even under high‑pressure situations. Strong computer literacy with the capacity to quickly learn new software platforms and tools. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and company information at all times. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus. Proven success in a previous call‑center or customer‑service role, preferably within a multilingual or language‑services environment. Experience working remotely, especially during emergency or pandemic situations, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management. Multilingual abilities are not required, but any additional language skills are considered an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or interpreter‑booking software.
