At Exodus, our goal is to become more of a household name! To help accomplish this, we’re looking for an X/Twitter Growth Manager, to grow our Exodus X account (@exodus_io), increase engagement, improve brand awareness and create viral content/memes.

What You Will Do

  • Drive exponential follower growth on X/Twitter through strategic initiatives.
  • Create content like memes and 'hot-takes' on X/Twitter following the latest trends in the crypto space.
  • Organize engaging Twitter Spaces and collaborate with relevant accounts.
  • Proactively engage with other tweets and handles to increase brand visibility.
  • Content multipliers - Suggest and execute growth methodologies to remix content to expand our other social media channels
  • Stay updated with current Web3 news and trends and provide insightful/witty commentary

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Web3 technologies - DeFi, Crypto, NFTs, memes
  • Demonstrated experience in growing highly active X/Twitter accounts.
  • Experience creating crypto memes on crypto X/Twitter
  • Strong organizational skills for digital event coordination.
  • Effective and on-brand communication skills to engage with followers and users.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a laser focus on measurable growth
  • Comfortable with social media analytics software and using data to drive strategic account growth.

A Plus:

  • You have professional experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech
  • You have experience with crypto X/Twitter interaction
  • You speak fluent 'crypto-degen'

Our Hiring Process:

Recruiter Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will focus on getting to know you a bit more and will focus on explaining the culture of the company. We want to know more about why you want to join our team, how you feel about our mission and cryptocurrency now and how it fits into your overall career plan to make sure this is the right place for you.

Interview with your future manager: This is to make sure that you are a fit for the team you are applying to and that the hard and soft skills you possess are a good fit for us at the time.

Interview(s) with your future colleagues: We call this focus interviews and they are a time for you to learn more about your role from someone you will closely collaborate with. It’s a time to dig into the culture of the team and the day to day for someone in that role.
