REMOTE to coordinate and manage data requirements across multiple site separation initiatives and manufacturing application workstreams.<br> This role will serve as the central coordination point for identifying, tracking, validating, and managing data needs by site. The M&A Data Coordination Lead will work closely with Site Project Managers, Application Workstreams, Manufacturing stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure that required data is identified, prepared, validated, transferred, and available according to program timelines and established data standards.<br> The ideal candidate is a mid-senior level Project Manager / Project Coordinator with experience supporting data-related projects, application migrations, system transitions, or M&A separation initiatives. This position does not require a deep technical data engineering background; however, the candidate should have a strong understanding of data coordination, data readiness, data quality, project governance, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.<br> The role will support multiple sites simultaneously and ensure that data-related activities are effectively integrated into each site's overall separation and cutover plan.<br> Key Responsibilities<br> M&A Data Coordination<br> Coordinate end-to-end data requirements for all site separation initiatives.<br> Serve as the primary coordination point for data-related activities across sites, applications, and manufacturing systems.<br> Work closely with Site Project Managers to understand site-specific data requirements, timelines, dependencies, and risks.<br> Maintain visibility into data requirements and readiness across multiple site separation projects.<br> Ensure data activities are incorporated into overall site separation schedules and cutover plans.<br> Coordinate activities across geographically distributed project and technical teams.<br> Site-Level Data Planning<br> For each site, coordinate and track data requirements associated with:<br> Enterprise applications<br> Manufacturing applications<br> ERP systems<br> Business applications<br> Operational technology applications, where applicable<br> Historical and transactional data<br> Master data<br> Reporting and analytics requirements<br> Data migration activities<br> Data retention and archival requirements<br> Data extracts and transfers<br> Business validation<br> Develop and maintain a consolidated view of data needs by site and application.<br> Application & Manufacturing Data Coordination<br> Partner closely with:<br> Application Workstream Leads<br> Manufacturing Application Teams<br> Site Project Managers<br> Manufacturing stakeholders<br> Business Process Owners<br> ERP teams<br> Data migration teams<br> Infrastructure teams<br> Integration teams<br> Enterprise Data teams<br> Coordinate data requirements associated with manufacturing and business applications undergoing separation, migration, transition, or replacement.<br> Ensure application teams understand:<br> Data scope<br> Required data sets<br> Data ownership<br> Source and target systems<br> Required extraction dates<br> Migration timelines<br> Validation responsibilities<br> Data dependencies<br> Cutover requirements<br> Data Requirements Management<br> Facilitate the identification and documentation of data requirements across sites and application workstreams.<br> Maintain tracking of:<br> Data requirements<br> Source systems<br> Target systems<br> Data owners<br> Business owners<br> Application owners<br> Migration approach<br> Data dependencies<br> Delivery dates<br> Validation status<br> Readiness status<br> Outstanding actions<br> Risks and issues<br> Ensure requirements are clearly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.<br> Data Standards & Quality Coordination<br> Ensure that data delivered as part of site separation activities meets established program and enterprise standards.<br> Coordinate with appropriate teams to validate:<br> Data completeness<br> Data quality<br> Data consistency<br> Required data formats<br> Data mapping requirements<br> Data ownership<br> Naming conventions<br> Data governance requirements<br> Security and access requirements<br> Retention requirements<br> Track exceptions and facilitate resolution where data does not meet required standards.<br> Data Readiness & Cutover Support<br> Support site separation and application cutover activities by ensuring data-related tasks are completed according to the master cutover schedule.<br> Coordinate:<br> Data extraction readiness<br> Data cleansing activities<br> Data conversion preparation<br> Data migration activities<br> Data validation<br> Business verification<br> Reconciliation<br> Cutover data loads<br> Post-migration validation<br> Data-related hypercare issues<br> Participate in site readiness and Go/No-Go reviews to provide status on data readiness.<br> Integrated Planning & Dependency Management<br> Partner with Site PMs and application workstreams to integrate data activities into project schedules.<br> Track:<br> Milestones<br> Deliverables<br> Risks<br> Assumptions<br> Issues<br> Dependencies<br> Decisions<br> Examples may include:<br> Missing or incomplete data requirements<br> Data quality concerns<br> Unclear data ownership<br> application teams, manufacturing stakeholders, and data teams.<br> Responsibilities include:<br> Facilitating data requirement discussions<br> Clarifying roles and ownership<br> Driving action-item closure<br> Coordinating across multiple workstreams<br> Managing stakeholder expectations<br> Communicating upcoming milestones and dependencies<br> Escalating unresolved issues<br> Ensuring teams remain aligned to program timelines<br> Required Qualifications<br> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related discipline.<br> 5–8+ years of overall project management, project coordination, PMO, or technology delivery experience.<br> 3+ years supporting data-related projects, application implementations, migrations, or technology-transformation initiatives.<br> Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects or sites.<br> Demonstrated experience working with:<br> Project Managers<br> Application teams<br> Business stakeholders<br> Manufacturing stakeholders<br> Technical teams<br> Strong experience with:<br> Project planning<br> Requirements tracking<br> Dependency management<br> RAID management<br> Status reporting<br> Action tracking<br> Stakeholder coordination<br> Experience coordinating data requirements, data migration, data readiness, data validation, or data-quality activities.<br> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.<br> Ability to drive follow-up and accountability across cross-functional teams.<br> Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br> Comfortable working in a fast-paced M&A or enterprise transformation environment.<br> Preferred Qualifications<br> 8+ years of experience supporting M&A integration, divestiture, carve-out, site separation, or technology transition programs.<br> 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing sites and manufacturing applications.<br> 5+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, PMO Analyst, Data Project Coordinator, or Data Migration Coordinator.<br> Experience coordinating data migration or application migration projects.<br> Understanding of:<br> Master data<br> Transactional data<br> Data extraction<br> Data cleansing<br> Data migration<br> Data validation<br> Data reconciliation<br> Data governance<br> Experience supporting ERP or enterprise application programs involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.<br> Experience in Life
