The social content & creators team is responsible for shaping the brand's social presence through culturally relevant storytelling, high ‑ quality content creation, and strategic influencer partnerships. The team manages the strategy, production and delivery of content across owned, earned & creator social channels in EMEA, driving brand awareness and consideration in the region.


a day in the life: what you'll do


Reporting into the Director for Brand & Partnerships, the Senior Manager, Social Content & Creators leads the vision and execution of lululemon's social media & creator ecosystem in EMEA. This role blends channel & social-first creative strategy with hands ‑ on production - ideal for someone who can concept, create, and distribute standout social content while leading a team and building relationships that amplify the brand's voice, in line with commercial objectives.

  • You will be responsible for driving strategy, production and performance of the social media, creator and influencer marketing channels in support of brand & commercial KPI's.
  • You'll lead the development of platform ‑ specific strategies, oversee content production from ideation to execution, and manage influencer programs that drive awareness, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Lead the development of social ‑ first creative strategy, staying ahead of cultural and platform trends to shape elevated, high ‑ impact content.
  • Oversee content production from concept through execution - including briefing, directing, and delivering best ‑ in ‑ class social creative.
  • Manage large ‑ scale, multi ‑ platform campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and seamless integration across the full guest/customer funnel.
  • Build, nurture, and negotiate relationships with key influencers, creators, and creator networks, identifying new partnership opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure social and creator content is leveraged across marketing, PR, brand, and product teams to maximise reach and impact.
  • Champion social and creator channels as critical touchpoints in the customer journey, advocating for their role in broader marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee advanced analytics, reporting, and insights to measure performance, optimise strategy, and inform decision ‑ making.
  • Manage the social & creator team, fostering a culture of innovation, creative excellence, and operational rigour.
  • Own and manage the social and creator budget, ensuring efficient allocation across content, partnerships, tools, and production.
  • Identify cultural moments, trends, and platform shifts to keep the brand relevant, elevated and distinct.
  • Ensure our IDEA commitments are reflected throughout all aspects of our Social content & Creator work


qualifications, skills & experience
  • 8+ years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance, optimize strategies, and report on results. (Creator IQ (or an equivalent creator platform) and Awin)
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviours, and content formats.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a social ‑ native tone.
  • Experience managing social media and influencer strategies across multiple markets, ideally within EMEA.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and departments to provide engaging experiences for our guests.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on what matters.
