As an OTC Lead Analyst (SD), you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing technological solutions related to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and other IT units and 3rd party systems to support day-to-day operations successfully.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sales & Distribution Support: Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD, including sales documents, pricing, credit checks, availability checks (ATP), delivery processing, shipping, billing, output management and integration points with MM, WM, and FI.</li><li>Data Integrity & Integration Support Maintain and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and legacy or third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity. Support and monitor data and process flows between SD and other modules (FI, MM, WM) and external systems (e.g., Logistics, EDI). Ensure that integration issues are quickly identified and resolved to avoid disruption in the O2C process.</li><li>Requirements & Enhancements Support: Partner with stakeholders to gather evolving business needs, assess change requests, translate them into functional requirements and work with technical teams. Provide ongoing support for enhancements, ensuring alignment with order to cash business processes.</li><li>Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in regression testing, patch validations, and change impact assessments. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and maintain quality assurance practices for Sales & Distribution functionalities.</li><li>Support change management efforts by assisting with user training, maintaining training materials, and facilitating ongoing user adoption. Serve as a point of contact for end-user support and feedback, helping ensure a smooth transition and continued system optimization.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.</li><li>Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT, with a strong focus on technology solutions for order to cash and hands-on experience with SAP specifically in the areas of sales and distribution.</li><li>2+ years of experience in S/4 HANA.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the sales distribution processes within SAP, including sales order management, pricing, availability, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing.</li><li>Proven track record of experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 and ECC, specifically in the sales and distribution domain, including project planning, data migration, system configuration, and user training.</li><li>Proven experience supporting EDI integration within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including troubleshooting IDoc processing, resolving interface errors, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth electronic data exchange in the Order-to-Cash process.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies relevant to OTC and SAP S/4.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP S/4 modules relevant to Sales and Distribution (SD), and integration with other modules.</li><li>ABAP debugging is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.</li><li>Professional certifications such as SAP certifications, specifically in SAP SD, and relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.<br><br></li></ul>If you are a highly motivated IT professional with extensive experience in supporting and delivering technology solutions within SAP S/4 and ECC, we would love to hear from you.<br><br><em>Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400-$152,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
