KYC Tech Business Analysis Group Manager - C14/SVP - Tampa/Jacksonville The SMB Know Your Customer (KYC) Ops Organization is an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) function within the SMB business that is responsible globally for ensuring SMB meets the standards mandated by Corporate AML/Compliance and external regulators. Within the SMB KYC Ops Organization, the Global Business Solutions team is responsible for partnering with Operations, Business, Compliance and Technology in gathering, vetting, prioritizing and implementing KYC business requirements and solutions on the CitiKYC technology platform. The KYC Tech Business Analysis Group Manager will be responsible for advancing prioritized Business project deployments on the enterprise-wide platform, CitiKYC. In parallel, Citi is undertaking a modernization of its KYC platform to streamline clients\' lifecycle. The program seeks to leverage the latest technology to build a rules-based platform focusing on automation. The platform will enable an improved client experience through simplification and adoption of client facing applications/portals. Job Description The Tech Business Analysis Group Manager is a strategic senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning and execution. This role closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, negotiate, often at a senior level, and convince others, in particular, colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Responsibilities: Manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time. Manage technical business analysts supporting functional area with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, exercising influence over budget management, planning, prioritization and contributing to defining standards Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of business analysis concepts and procedures and basic knowledge of other areas Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicating with external parties, as needed Has significant business impact through evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations and business processes, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources, including industry standards Drive desired end results as a representative of the business, creating project plans to fit the stakeholders\' needs to deliver on time, within budget Build and maintain a work-class organization focused around talent, learning, and opportunity Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: A proven track record with solid 10+ years of relevant AML/KYC project/people management experience. Experience in financial Institutional, preferably global; corporate and consumer banking experience, a plus Exceptional ability to partner and influence across organizational lines Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Strong leadership and relationship/team building skills Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques Knowledge and working experience within a Solutions Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework; Agile / Jira experience, required Effective prioritization and time management Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
