You will gain hands-on experience in fast paced clinical development operation, explore innovative applications of generative AI, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Support SharePoint design and maintenance: Assist with building, organizing, and updating team sites and libraries to improve information access and collaboration.
  • Leverage ChatGPT and digital tools: Partner with team members to explore cases for generative AI, such as drafting process documents, summarizing reports, or creating templates.
  • Assist with process improvement projects: Help document workflows, create process maps, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Data entry and reporting: Track kit status, supply levels, and performance metrics in Smartsheet/Excel, helping prepare reports for team review.
  • Documentation and compliance support: Ensure operational documents are organized, accurate, and stored according to standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Participate in meetings with study teams, clinical operations, and vendors to learn how kit logistics supports clinical trials.
  • Ad hoc tasks and learning opportunities: Contribute to other projects and assignments that provide exposure to clinical supply chain operations.
  • Additional duties may be assigned from time to time

Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's program (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Smartsheet or SharePoint a plus.
  • Interest in process improvement and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Exposure to the end-to-end clinical supply chain within a leading biotech company.
  • Practical experience with digital tools and platforms (Smartsheet, SharePoint, AI tools).
  • Insight into regulated clinical trial operations and the importance of compliance and accuracy.
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities to grow technical, analytical, and soft skills.
  • The chance to make an impact by contributing to real-world projects supporting Moderna's clinical trials.
  • A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
