LinkedIn page</strong> for future technology and public sector opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Hector Systems Inc. is seeking experienced <strong>IBM Maximo Functional / Implementation Consultants</strong> for upcoming public sector, transportation, infrastructure, and enterprise asset management opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for consultants with strong Maximo functional, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, and user support experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Gather and document business and functional requirements.</li><li>Support Maximo implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Configure and support Maximo modules and business processes.</li><li>Support Assets, Locations, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, and Service Requests.</li><li>Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, UAT support, user training, and documentation.</li><li>Work with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of enterprise application implementation, functional consulting, or business analysis experience.</li><li>8+ years of IBM Maximo functional/configuration experience.</li><li>IBM Maximo 9.0 or higher experience preferred.</li><li>Strong candidates with Maximo 7.6+, MAS, or other enterprise Maximo versions will also be considered.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise asset management and maintenance operations.</li><li>Experience with Assets, Locations, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, and Service Requests.</li><li>Experience supporting UAT, training, documentation, and production support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with public sector, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, or asset-heavy environments.</li><li>Experience with Maximo workflows, security groups, escalations, and Application Designer.</li><li>Experience supporting Maximo modernization, upgrades, or platform transition projects.</li><li>Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL exposure is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Instructions</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Please apply with your updated resume, availability, work authorization status, expected rate, preferred employment type, and primary Maximo functional areas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, U.S.-based</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>W2 / Contract-to-Hire preferred; C2C may be considered on a case-by-case basis</p><p><strong>Work Authorization: </strong>Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship may be considered for highly qualified candidates, subject to project requirements</p><p><strong>Anticipated Start:</strong> Q4 2026</p><p><strong>Work Arrangement: </strong>Remote work is expected.
