Role Description

ResMed is accelerating its Digital Transformation journey, and we are looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented Product Manager to support global initiatives within the Distribution and Supply Chain landscape. This role will contribute to major cross-functional programs, including the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, supply chain modernization, and logistics process optimization.

As part of the Global Distribution Product Tech team, you will work alongside senior product leaders, business analysts, IT, and operational teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and globally aligned solutions. You will be responsible for executing product initiatives, documenting workflows, and driving process improvements with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Product Support
    • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to define and deliver on strategic product goals and transformation milestones.
    • Support the rollout of enterprise programs like Oracle Fusion with a focus on Global Distribution, Logistics, and Trade.
    • Engage with regional product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather business input and ensure solutions meet global and local needs.
  • Requirements & Documentation
    • Lead discovery sessions and work with stakeholders to capture clear, traceable business requirements.
    • Document current and future-state process flows using tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
    • Assist in defining and managing epics, features, and user stories in Jira/Confluence.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving
    • Use SQL, dashboards, and reporting tools to support product decisions and measure outcomes.
    • Conduct data analysis to validate assumptions, identify inefficiencies, and propose measurable improvements.
    • Partner with Business Analysts and IT to refine data mappings and support system integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with IT, QA, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Support sprint planning, user story refinement, demos, and UAT execution.
    • Assist in preparing business case inputs, impact assessments, and change management documentation.
  • Communication & Alignment
    • Present findings, workflow enhancements, and progress updates to Product and Program leadership.
    • Support global collaboration by ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement across regions and time zones.
    • Contribute to the team’s culture of structured thinking, documentation rigor, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience working on ERP-related initiatives (Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with Distribution, Fulfillment, Logistics, and/or Trade operations.
  • Proficient in documenting business processes and user requirements.
  • Strong data orientation, with comfort using SQL or reporting tools to validate outcomes and guide decisions.
  • Outstanding workflow/process design skills using Visio, Miro, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to global program delivery or change initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Prior experience in regulated industries such as MedTech, Healthcare, or Pharma.
  • Experienced in tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Objective.
  • Lean or Six-Sigma skills.
  • Certification in Product Management is a plus.
