We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer (GD7835) to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports branding, marketing, communications, digital campaigns, and business initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas and business requirements into polished, compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original graphics and visual concepts for digital, print, marketing, and communications initiatives.

Design promotional materials, presentations, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and other branded assets.

Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.

Translate concepts, messaging, and campaign strategies into effective visual designs.

Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, imagery, layouts, and other visual elements.

Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images and graphics for various digital and print applications.

Prepare production-ready files and ensure designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and changing requirements.

Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into final designs.

Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, source files, and brand materials.

Research emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and creative techniques.

Support basic motion graphics, animation, video editing, or interactive design projects when needed.

Work with external printers, vendors, and creative partners to ensure accurate production of physical materials.

Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, templates, and design processes.

Ensure all deliverables meet established brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, print, branding, and marketing design.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.

Experience creating designs for social media, websites, presentations, advertising, and other digital platforms.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into polished visual assets.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools is a plus.

Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, UX/UI design, or video production is an advantage.

Compensation & Contract Details

Annual Contract Rate: $80,000 – $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, creative expertise, and scope of responsibility.

Employment Type: Full-time Contract.

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Contract Term: Initial contract assignment with potential for extension or renewal based on business needs and performance.

Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid, depending on organizational and project requirements.
