About the position

Dolead is seeking a Freelance CRO Specialist – Conversion & Experimentation to join their growing team. This role will focus on improving the performance of landing pages and lead-capture journeys at scale. The specialist will be responsible for taking validated conversion concepts and testing them across more clients, verticals, and markets, as well as identifying new conversion opportunities, forming hypotheses, and running experiments to validate them. The work will not only impact current conversion rates but also help shape the experimentation methodology for over 200 clients. This is a freelance, fully remote position requiring regular overlap with European working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Scale proven concepts by turning validated ideas into structured experiments across more clients, verticals, and geographies.
  • Identify new opportunities by analyzing funnel performance, spotting conversion leaks, and turning observations into clear, measurable hypotheses.
  • Build and launch experiments by defining changes, expected impact, and success metrics, then launching A/B tests using internal tools in collaboration with design, tech, and paid media teams.
  • Use data to prioritize experiments by working with Looker and funnel data to identify areas with the most potential value.
  • Measure and conclude experiment results, assessing both conversion rates and lead quality, understanding that a CVR win damaging lead quality is a loss.
  • Own experiments end-to-end by coordinating with relevant teams, keeping blockers visible, and driving tests from hypothesis to conclusion.
  • Document and share learnings by reporting on experiment results and business impact, and turning wins and losses into reusable learnings for the CRO playbook.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, experimentation, growth, digital marketing, or web analytics.
  • Experience designing, running, and concluding A/B tests, with the ability to discuss both successful and failed experiments.
  • Comfortable working with funnel data, conversion rates, volumes, and experimentation fundamentals (sample size, confidence, test duration).
  • Ability to manage several experiments in parallel with strong organization and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable evaluating downstream value and quality of a lead beyond form completion.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Google Workspace (especially Sheets), and project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior and the full marketing funnel.
  • Highly autonomous, structured, and comfortable prioritizing work independently.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Landing page design or build experience.
  • Experience in lead generation or paid media.
  • French or Spanish language skills.
