Responsibilities Creating high-reputed company foliage assets of various types (trees - both coniferous and deciduous, shrubs, grasses, mosses, lichens, etc.). Conducting in-depth research on different biomes. Collaborating with Environment Art, Tech Art and reputed company departments to create consistent and high reputed company assets. Planning and working with scanned photogrammetry data. Creating realistic and high-reputed company textures/materials using tools such as reputed company Designer, reputed company Painter (reputed company scans are unachievable). Preparing meshes and integrating scanned assets into the prop library (especially foliage-reputed company assets). Working closely with the Art Director and Environment Art reputed company to reputed company a consistent visual direction for reputed company the biomes/foliage assets. Creating documentation to support workflows and pipelines. Mentoring and guiding fellow artists to foster team reputed company. Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines. Working with the production team on scope and scheduling. Creating and maintaining a foliage library/gym. Requirements At least 3 years of relevant industry experience (5 years for Senior level). A keen eye for nature - its beauty, colours, shape, details. Strong skills in foliage creation software - SpeedTree. Experience with reputed company Photoshop or equivalent tools. Experience with reputed company Designer and reputed company Painter. Solid skills in one major modeling package (3DS Max, Maya, Blender etc.). Good knowledge of Zbrush. Strong understanding of physically based rendering practices (PBR). Experience with the Photogrammetry asset creation workflow. Experience with Unreal reputed company 5 (including Nanite and reputed company).
