Duties

  • Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Twitter Ads for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end PPC campaign management including audience targeting, ad creation, bid adjustments, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance ad relevance and campaign effectiveness across paid search channels.
  • Monitor media performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting to identify trends and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Allocate and manage marketing campaign budgets efficiently across platforms such as Microsoft Ads and DoubleClick to ensure cost-effective media buying.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on media performance analytics and provide insights for data-driven decision making to refine ongoing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of paid social media advertising best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC campaign management, and media planning across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, spreadsheets (especially pivot tables), and web analytics reporting software.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively within a search marketing or paid social media role while maintaining a focus on ROI optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting media performance analytics to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and reporting.
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and experience in managing large-scale marketing campaign budgets is highly desirable.
