Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant with reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at an altitude of at least 8,000 feet, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our passengers
  • Assisting passengers with lifting and stowing baggage into overhead containers, while maintaining a safe and efficient boarding process
  • Demonstrating the proper use of safety and emergency equipment, ensuring that safety protocols are met at all times
  • Preparing, serving, and promoting beverages (including alcohol) and meals (which may include beef, pork, seafood, peanuts, etc.)
  • Answering questions and assisting passengers as needed, particularly those with special needs and circumstances
  • Actively seeking to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in the event of delays or turbulence
  • Administering and coordinating emergency procedures or providing emergency care (e.g., performing CPR and basic first aid) when necessary
  • Responding to and providing clear and correct directions (verbally and/or non-verbally) to passengers in the event of an emergency
  • Making decisions to address issues in accordance with reputed company policies, procedures, and core values
  • Working both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
  • Managing sudden changes in a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Practicing safety-aware behaviors in all operational methods and procedures

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit locations where reputed company flies. Must have a valid passport with at least 30 months' reputed company prior to the first day of training. Additionally, non-U.S. passport holders must be able to provide documentation demonstrating their ability to enter and exit the U.S. without restriction
  • Complete a pre-employment reputed company (DOT) drug test, and complete a background check, including government-required fingerprint-based criminal records check
  • Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
  • Ability to open emergency exits and close plane doors weighing up to 60 pounds and use of a food/beverage cart requiring 32 pounds of pressure while pushing or pulling
  • Demonstrate that privacy is a concern when handling personal data
  • Embrace a diverse set of people, perspectives, and styles
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and prolonged hours as needed
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding position that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting (i.e., pushing/pulling beverage or food carts and lifting and setting emergency plane doors)
  • Ability to retrieve and store objects in the overhead containers, which may be as high as 74 inches from the floor

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in languages reputed company by our international customers
