Your Role

You’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them navigate their benefit options and making the process easier to understand.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients to review their available benefit options
  • Learning about each individual’s needs, priorities, and circumstances
  • Clearly explaining coverage and answering questions
  • Helping clients identify solutions that align with their needs
  • Providing continued assistance after the initial appointment
  • Maintaining professional and dependable communication
  • Building long-term relationships based on trust and quality service
