We are a top leader in this specific BPO segment working with iconic brands. What you will do in this role In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. * Building solid relationships with clients, prospects and partners in the region with companies across several verticals willing to scale worldwide * Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list and pursuit plans * Managing requests for proposals (RFPs), processes (including documents preparation) and negotiations to close deals * Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs, competition screening * Supporting the co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models * Attending industry events and representing Concentrix in relevant webinars, partners events, professional local organizations, etc. * Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business * Maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities, contacts etc. Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
