What You’ll be Doing

You’ll lead TTEC’s employee communications function, defining the strategy, narrative, governance, and measurement approach that help employees understand the company’s direction and their role in its success. You’ll advise executive leaders, People & Culture, and business teams on communication priorities across regions, channels, and key business moments.

As a senior communication leader, you’ll anticipate communication risks, guide transformation messaging, and equip leaders to communicate with consistency and confidence. You’ll develop a high-performing team, strengthen editorial and channel practices, and ensure employee communications support business outcomes.

You’ll report to the Executive Director of Talent Attraction & Employee Experience. You’ll build a strategic, disciplined, and trusted communication function that delivers enterprise counsel, measurable plans, and employee-centered content.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Set the enterprise employee communications strategy, narrative priorities, governance model, and operating rhythm for global programs, executive messages, transformation initiatives, and culture moments
  • Advise senior leaders on communication priorities, risks, timing, audiences, and message approach
  • Lead and develop a global employee communications team while aligning work across communications, channel, creative, production, and business partners
  • Shape executive messages, leader talking points, employee updates, presentations, campaign materials, and change communications
  • Define communication plans with clear objectives, audiences, channels, deliverables, owners, timing, approvals, and measurement
  • Strengthen governance, prioritization, editorial planning, and reporting so strategic work is planned, resourced, and delivered consistently
  • Use employee insights, communication metrics, and business feedback to evaluate effectiveness, guide recommendations, and support leadership decisions

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, organizational communication, or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience leading employee communications, executive communications, internal campaigns, or change communications in a complex organization
  • Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, coach communicators, and build practices that support consistent delivery
  • Executive-level writing, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to make complex topics clear, relevant, and actionable
  • Ability to advise senior leaders, lead through influence, and build trusted partnerships across functions, regions, and levels
  • Strong operational discipline, including the ability to manage competing priorities, approvals, timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Experience using communication metrics, employee feedback, and business context to guide strategy and strengthen outcomes
