As we grow, we’re building a dedicated in-house marketing team to enhance campaign performance, improve brand consistency, and scale lead generation.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of outbound email marketing, CRM automation, and digital ad execution.</p><p>This is a hands-on execution role — perfect for someone who loves building campaigns, testing strategies, and seeing results.<br>While this is not a leadership role at this stage, we welcome candidates who are ambitious and may be interested in growing into larger roles as the team expands. You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire in Colombia and play a key role in laying the foundation for future growth.<br>Experience with the U.S. market is required.</p><hr><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Cold Email & Lead Generation</strong><br>•Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.<br>•Manage inbox rotation, domain warm-up, sending infrastructure, and A/B testing.<br>•Handle list enrichment and monitor replies to identify quality leads.</p><p><strong>CRM & Email Marketing</strong><br>•Build email automations and nurturing sequences in GoHighLevel or similar platforms.<br>•Segment, clean, and manage contact lists to maximize engagement and deliverability.<br>•Create and send newsletters and announcements to existing leads and clients.</p><p><strong>Paid Advertising</strong><br>•Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.<br>•Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and make ongoing optimizations based on performance.<br>•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external designers for creatives and landing pages.</p><p><strong>Reporting & Performance</strong><br>•Track and report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights.<br>•Maintain high deliverability and engagement rates across all outbound communications.</p><hr><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>•2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focused on lead generation.<br>•Experience running cold email campaigns with tools like Instantly or Lemlist.<br>•Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.<br>•Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and basic funnel strategy.<br>•Fluent in English — excellent written and verbal communication required.<br>•Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</p><ul></ul><p><strong>Preferred  (Not Required)</strong></p><p>•Experience in high-ticket or U.S.-based service businesses.<br>•Familiarity with private aviation, luxury travel, or concierge services.<br>•Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or Figma.<br>•Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.<br><br>Experience in the private aviation, luxury services, or high-ticket sales industries.<br>Strong understanding of sales automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and lead generation</p><hr><p><strong>This role is ideal for someone who:</strong><br>•Wants to roll up their sleeves and do high-quality marketing work<br>•Enjoys performance-based, execution-driven environments<br>•May have leadership potential — but is excited to earn that through results over timeThis role is not a fit for someone seeking to immediately manage others or avoid hands-on execution.</p><hr><p><strong>Why Work With Us</strong><br>•Full ownership of your work — your impact is direct and measurable.<br>•Be part of a fast-growing team where your role and tools evolve with performance.<br>•Collaborate directly with the CEO and make meaningful contributions to growth.<br>•Competitive compensation and long-term potential within the company.</p>
