Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues. Implement and maintain data quality standards. Support data governance initiatives and policies. Conduct regular data audits and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain data management procedures and guidelines. Monitor data usage and identify potential risks or compliance issues. Communicate data management updates and changes to relevant teams and departments. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data management. Provide training and support to other team members on data management processes and procedures. Participate in data-related projects and initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities for data process improvement and efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
