As an Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients, play a crucial role in achieving our business goals, and work in a data-driven environment. You will collaborate with a compassionate and diverse CS team to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes.<br><br>This is a hybrid or remote position with occasional travel requirements, reporting to a Manager of Customer Success.<br><br>The salary range listed reflects total on-target earnings (base + variable/commission). Please refer to the compensation details at the bottom of the posting for the full breakdown of base salary and variable structure.<br><br>What you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Build the front-line relationship for our customers (dealerships) and liaise with external and internal stakeholders as needed</li><li>Execute a framework to communicate ROI proactively - identify risks and minimize churn</li><li>Analyze our customers' performance based on data and work with the customers to optimize success</li><li>Influence our customers' future lifetime value through high product adoption, satisfaction. and overall customers' health</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans that meet the needs of our customers and optimize revenue opportunities</li><li>Understand our customers’ business models and industries to best position adaptive insights to support their business goals<br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B Automotive SaaS company</li><li>Digital marketing and advertising platform experience (Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics)</li><li>Must hold current certifications in the following Google platforms, or successfully obtain them within the first 30 days of employment: Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX.</li><li>High level of competency working with data to drive business focus and decision making</li><li>Ability to build and implement follow-up processes</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems</li><li>Independent problem-solving skills and adaptivity to change</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong work ethic and high energy levels</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.</li><li>Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.</li><li>Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.</li><li>Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.<br><br></li></ul>Why you should join us:<br><br>At Fullpath, we’re not just building groundbreaking AI—we’re redefining the dealership experience.
