Copywriter - Full Time Entry Level

We are looking for an entry-level Copywriter to join our creative team. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our office.

We are a certified, employee-owned agency that works across brand strategy, campaigns, digital media, web, content production, and media buying. Our clients span a range of industries including transit, financial services, higher education, nonprofits, and mission-driven brands. We measure our success not just by client outcomes, but by how we treat our employees and our community.

As a Copywriter, you will write across multiple channels and platforms. In a typical month, this includes website copy, campaign headlines, social media copy, email, video scripts, and print materials.

You will also work on brand voice development. On some projects, you will help define a brand voice from the beginning—including the strategy and guidelines behind it. On others, you will write within an established voice that already has clear standards.

You will work closely with our design team, often paired one-on-one and sometimes as part of a larger group, from early concept through final execution. You will present your work and the thinking behind it to both internal teams and clients.

This is a multi-project role in a fast-paced environment. You will typically manage several projects at once, with a mix of quick turnarounds and longer assignments that require sustained focus over days or weeks.

Roles:Write long-form and short-form copy across web, campaign, social, email, video, and print channels; develop brand voice strategy, guidelines, and examples; write within established brand voice standards; contribute campaign concepts and creative ideas; collaborate with designers throughout concept and execution; present work and rationale to internal teams and clients; manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Skills/background needed:Writing samples showing range across both long-form and short-form work; experience collaborating directly with designers; experience writing within defined brand voice guidelines; comfort with context-switching and working on multiple projects at once; strong organizational skills; full training will be provided.

Preferred experience:Brand voice or brand messaging development; experience writing for the web and SEO fundamentals; video or long-form content scripting; familiarity with transit, financial services, higher education, nonprofit, or B2B industries. However, we encourage you to apply even if you don't have all of these—we value potential and willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-person position. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team in a supportive environment. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and retirement planning.

Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length:Full-time, permanent.

Location:Local positions available.

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to any protected characteristic. If you need any accommodation during the hiring process, please let us know.

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? 7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
