About the Role


As a Cook, you will prepare chicken finger meals to established quality standards and help the kitchen handle customer orders efficiently. You will work in a lively back-of-house setting with upbeat music and a collaborative team.

The role provides opportunities to develop your abilities and advance into positions such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.

Scheduling and Experience

Immediate opportunities are available for opening, midday, and closing shifts. Both experienced Cooks and those new to restaurant work are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, cashiering, kitchen leadership, food preparation, serving, or drive-thru operations is welcome. Restaurant experience is not required.

Paid Training and Career Development

Every new Cook receives comprehensive paid training. You will have the instruction and resources needed to learn your responsibilities and prepare for future growth.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Additional skills training, certifications, and performance reviews can lead to pay increases of up to $1.50 per hour during your first year.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare meals that meet restaurant quality requirements
- Observe food safety practices during preparation and handling
- Maintain clean tables, floors, and other restaurant spaces
- Record customer orders and handle payments correctly
- Deliver quick, courteous customer service
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Report to assigned shifts on time
- Coordinate with coworkers to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Balance multiple tasks effectively

Physical Requirements

- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bend, kneel, twist, and stoop when needed
- Travel up and down stairs
- Reach for and grasp objects above the head or below waist level
