About Amazon & Our Culture

Reverse logistics is a massive, highly critical part of Amazon's business. Our Returns Centers handle millions of items that need to be processed, graded, and restocked or recycled. "Working in returns is completely different from outbound packing. Every day is like a treasure hunt figuring out what came back and why.
