The Work

You will help train AI systems to handle realistic business documents and office workflows. You will create demanding professional scenarios, interact with language models, compare their work, and explain how well each response meets practical business needs.

Your examples may cover strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and data-driven reporting. You will document findings and actionable feedback while working asynchronously with project coordinators.

  • Design realistic tasks involving complex spreadsheets, executive presentations, written reports, strategic proposals, and financial models.
  • Use prompt-driven interactions with language models based on work found in demanding business environments.
  • Compare AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, usefulness, and fit with practical business requirements.
  • Write detailed assessments covering strengths, weaknesses, reasoning, and ways the model could improve.
  • Create cross-functional business examples across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and reporting.

What It Pays and Takes

  • Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, including complex models, analyses, reports, and presentations.
  • Business experience: Work supporting or leading strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain judgments and recommendations clearly.
  • Helpful background: Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or another business function, especially in a Fortune 500 setting.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
