At Bryant Park Consulting, we foster a collaborative and supportive environment where our employees can thrive and grow professionally.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify, qualify, and develop net-new business opportunities within target industries, microverticals, and geographic markets.</li><li>Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, association engagement, referrals, and strategic campaigns.</li><li>Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges, growth objectives, and technology requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Alliance Managers, and executive leadership to develop account strategies and pursuit plans.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings with prospective clients.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Private Equity stakeholders.</li><li>Leverage CRM tools and sales methodologies to maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and activity management.</li><li>Support industry-specific go-to-market initiatives, events, webinars, roundtables, and association partnerships.</li><li>Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting strategic enterprise and mid-market organizations.</li><li>Work closely with Oracle NetSuite sales teams, strategic alliance partners, and referral networks to identify and influence opportunities.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation, meeting creation, and revenue contribution targets.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of BPC's service offerings, industry solutions, implementation methodologies, and intellectual property.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>3–7 years of experience in business development, sales development, account management, technology consulting, SaaS, ERP, or professional services sales.</li><li>Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and building sales pipeline.</li><li>Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud software, digital transformation, or technology consulting environments preferred.</li><li>Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite CRM.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation</li><li>Executive Relationship Building</li><li>Consultative Selling</li><li>Account-Based Marketing & Sales</li><li>Business Acumen & Financial Literacy</li><li>Pipeline Development & Management</li><li>CRM Management & Forecasting</li><li>Presentation & Communication Skills</li><li>Discovery & Qualification Techniques</li><li>Networking & Event Engagement</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>Negotiation & Influencing Skills</li><li>Time Management & Organization</li><li>Problem Solving & Critical Thinking</li><li>Self-Motivation & Results Orientation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Salary Range</strong>: $110,000 to $130,000<br><br>In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
