Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, drafting and sending outreach messages, coordinating collaboration terms, and maintaining organized records of conversations and campaigns. The role also involves working closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with brand goals, campaign timelines, and target audiences. This position requires regular monitoring of influencer content performance, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements for future initiatives. The individual will represent Crenzo professionally in all communications and contribute to building a strong, consistent brand presence through influencer partnerships.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.</li><li>Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, such as identifying suitable creators, assessing audience fit, and managing partnership negotiations.</li><li>Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including understanding major platforms, basic content formats, and audience engagement principles.</li><li>Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, such as relationship building, brand representation, and managing external stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including persuasive outreach, follow-up discipline, and comfort discussing collaboration terms and budgets.</li><li>Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with CRM or outreach tools, basic analytics skills to evaluate campaign performance, and familiarity with different influencer compensation models.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>Previous experience in influencer outreach, social media, marketing, or related roles is preferred; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.</li></ul>
