Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Work At Home)

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, changing flights, and resolving issues with existing bookings
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Working Hours:
