As an Amazon Fulfillment Specialist in Arlington, TX, you will focus on quality control and exception handling throughout the fulfillment process. You will inspect orders for accuracy and condition before they leave the facility, resolve packing or routing issues when they arise, and serve as a resource for associates who need help with non-standard items. Your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

Specialists may also support the training of new associates by demonstrating correct picking and packing procedures in their area of the facility.
