Amazon.de Review Specialist – Suspected Fake Review & Compliant Review Strategy

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We need an experienced Amazon specialist to help with two tasks:

1. Investigate and report a suspected manipulated product review

Our climbing belay glasses received a one-star review saying only “Very bad.” The reviewer’s public profile shows an unusual pattern of one- and five-star reviews, generic wording, and repeated text across different products.

We have screenshots and have already contacted Amazon Seller Support. They directed us to the Community Team. Manipulation has not been proven, so we need an honest assessment of whether there is a valid policy basis for removal, followed by help preparing and pursuing the report.

2. Increase genuine customer reviews

We also want a practical, Amazon-compliant strategy to encourage more honest reviews from real customers and improve our rating through genuine customer satisfaction.

We are looking for:

* Proven experience with Amazon product reviews, not just seller feedback

* Knowledge of Amazon.de review and communication policies

* Clear explanations of your proposed approach

* Realistic expectations and transparent pricing

We do not want purchased reviews, incentivized public reviews, or tactics that put our seller account at risk.

Please include:

* Your experience with similar cases

* How you would assess and approach this review

* Your approach to generating genuine customer reviews

* Your proposed fee and scope of work

We prefer a fixed-price initial assessment, with further work agreed separately. We understand that removal cannot be guaranteed.
