About the position

demandDrive is a growth-focused go-to-market agency that helps B2B organizations accelerate pipeline and revenue through integrated sales, marketing, and revenue operations solutions. We partner with companies ranging from emerging businesses to enterprise brands to design and execute customized programs that align strategy, technology, and execution across the customer journey. Our services include sales development, demand generation, digital marketing, website development, CRM optimization, and GTM systems support—all built to deliver measurable business outcomes. At our core, we combine smart technology, data-driven processes, and talented people to help clients grow faster and operate more efficiently. We are looking for a data-driven, high-energy Marketing Strategist with a deep specialization in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). In this role, you won't just be \"blasting\" messages into the void; you will be the architect of precision-engineered campaigns targeting our highest-value accounts. The ideal candidate understands that B2B buying is a team sport and knows how to orchestrate personalized experiences that turn \"cold\" target accounts into \"hot\" closed-won deals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs to land and expand within Tier-1 accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts using intent data, firmographics, and historical win rates.
  • Work with content teams to create bespoke messaging and assets tailored to specific personas within the target buying committee.
  • Lead weekly \"sprint\" meetings to ensure unified messaging and high-velocity pipeline movement.
  • Serve as a high-level strategic consultant across the broader client portfolio, identifying market trends and white-space opportunities that apply beyond specific ABM targets.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable, multi-channel marketing plans (including SEO, content, and lead gen) that support long-term brand growth for diverse client profiles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B Marketing, with a proven track record of managing strategy for multiple clients or business units simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus) and CRM/MAP tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Ability to interpret intent data (G2, Bombora) and general marketing analytics to trigger timely interventions.
  • Capability to pivot focus quickly between high-touch ABM accounts and broader \"always-on\" marketing strategy for diverse client needs.
  • Strong ability to pivot tone and value propositions based on industry-specific nuances and executive personas.

Benefits

  • Hybrid or remote (dependent on location)
  • Health coverage and other health & wellness benefits via BCBS
  • Vision care
  • Dental coverage (Delta Dental)
  • Paid paternity & maternity leave
  • Life+disability insurance
  • 401(k) matching
  • Paid time-off
  • 14 paid holidays
  • Great work-life balance & positive company culture
  • Business casual dress code
  • Company laptop, full tech stack+tools, and other resources provided by demandDrive

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
